MS, CLINICAL TRAINEE
Samantha has been with North Homes Children and Family services since May 2017. Graduating with a Master’s of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling at St. Cloud State University, Samantha has previously completed internship work at Disability Services offices of Bemidji State University and Northwest Technical College. She provided CTSS services for Stellher Human Services at Blackduck School, before transitioning into ARMHS services for North Homes. Samantha worked in our Adult Services program until August 2018 when she was hired on as a clinical trainee. Samantha currently completes diagnostic assessments for adolescents and adults. She is also able to provide ongoing individual therapy for children, adolescents and young adults, utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Client-Centered approaches. Samantha’s interests lie in strengths-based and mindfulness approaches to individuals of all ages.
