Emily attended North Dakota State University where shereceived her Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in Mayof 2019. Emily is now currently workingtowards meeting the requirements set forth by the Board of Behavioral Healthand Therapy to gain her LPCC licensure. She has experience working with clients who struggle with Anxiety,Depression, Shame, Trauma, Suicidality, and Existential Crises. Emily provides therapy from a NarrativeTherapy approach that centers on a client's life story. She has also received training in Shame andShame Resilience, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and CognitiveBehavioral Theory (CBT). Emily hasworked with youth and teenagers in group and individual settings; however muchof her work focuses on high school age into adulthood.
