Teens in Transition (TNT) is the oldest program at North Homes Children and Family Services. TNT provides a community, group setting support for male-identifying youth between ages 15 and 20. The program focuses on serving young people who have experienced or face a heightened risk of sexual exploitation. Participants without identified risk factors may also access services.

At our Itaskin Treatment Campus, we provide specialized residential treatment for youth aged 11-18. This program focuses on evaluation, stabilization, and comprehensive therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Our dedicated team of professionals creates a supportive and structured environment where youth can heal, grow, and build a foundation for a brighter future.
Winnie Sisu/Hawkins Home is a supportive and structured transitional living program for young women aged 16-21. We recognize the challenges that young women face during this transitional period of their lives, and our program aims to provide them with the necessary tools and support to navigate this critical stage. Our dedicated staff work collaboratively with the residents, assisting them in developing life skills, fostering independence, and preparing them for successful adulthood.
