North Homes has Community Mental Health Centers (CMHC) in Grand Rapids, Bemidji, Deer River, and Duluth. A CMHC is a Community-based outpatient facility that provides a full range of comprehensive mental health services to children, families, and individuals. Outpatient services may include individual, group, and family counseling; psychological testing; and other mental health services.
