Assessment and Counseling Services offered by mental health organizations aim to provide comprehensive evaluations and therapy sessions to individuals who may be experiencing mental health challenges or seeking support for personal growth. These services often involve initial assessments to understand the individual's concerns, strengths, and goals. Based on the assessment, licensed therapists or counselors develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing counseling sessions to address the specific needs of the individual. These services can help individuals navigate emotional difficulties, improve relationships, manage stress, cope with trauma, and develop effective coping strategies

We offer substance use assessment and treatment services to adolescents and adults who may be experiencing substance use and/or co-occurring disorders.  Our outpatient treatment services are individualized and designed to meet each client wherever they are in their recovery.

Safe Harbor is a term commonly used to refer to a secure and supportive environment for individuals who may be experiencing homelessness, crisis situations, or are at risk of harm. Safe Harbor programs and shelters provide temporary housing, safety, and assistance to those in need. These programs often work in collaboration with various community organizations and social service agencies to offer a range of services such as emergency shelter, food, clothing, medical assistance, counseling, and referrals to other support systems. The primary objective of Safe Harbor is to provide refuge and resources for individuals in crisis, enabling them to stabilize their situations and access necessary support to transition to a more stable living arrangement

Seeking help and support is a courageous step towards improving one's well-being and leading a healthier, more fulfilling life.  If you or someone you know is in need of these services, don't hesitate to reach out to the relevant organizations or professionals who can guide you through the process.
