ARMHS, or Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services, supports adults living with mental health challenges by building skills for daily living, independence, and recovery. Services are provided by trained practitioners and include:
- Coping and symptom management strategies
- Medication support and education
- Employment readiness and community integration
- Goal setting and self-advocacy tools
Each service plan is tailed to the individual, with one-on-one support focused on restoring and maintaining stability in home, work, and social life.
Targeted Case Management (TCM) for youth and adults is a service that connects individuals to coordinated care when needs span multiple systems. TCM case managers assist with:
Access to mental health and medical services
Housing and financial assistance
Vocational training and education referrals
Service coordination and ongoing care planning
Case managers support adults and youth by creating individualized plans and removing barriers to care. The goal is to build continuity, safety, and progress toward long-term stability. This is currently only available in Itasca County.
