ARMHS, or Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services, is a program designed to support you or a family member with mental health challenges in their journey toward recovery and improved daily functioning. ARMHS services are tailored to meet the unique needs of adults and focus on skills development, psychoeducation, and support to enhance their independence and overall well-being. Trained professionals, such as ARMHS practitioners, work one-on-one with our clients to assist them in areas such as symptom management, coping skills, medication management, employment support, and community integration. These services aim to empower you or your family members to regain control of their lives, achieve personal goals, and thrive in their communities.

Housing assistance programs provide support and resources to individuals who may be experiencing housing instability or homelessness. These programs aim to help our clients secure safe and affordable housing options, access supportive services, and maintain stable living situations. Housing assistance can include rental subsidies, transitional housing, emergency shelter, supportive housing programs, and referrals to community resources. The goal is to address the immediate housing needs of our clients and provide them with the necessary tools and support to achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency.

Adult/Youth TCM, or Targeted Case Management, is a service designed to assist adults or youth who may have complex needs or conditions in navigating and accessing appropriate healthcare, social services, and community resources. TCM professionals, often known as case managers, work closely with our clients to assess their needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate services. This can include connecting individuals with mental health providers, medical professionals, housing resources, vocational training, educational support, financial assistance, and other necessary services. The primary goal of Adult/Youth TCM is to ensure that individuals receive comprehensive and coordinated care, improve their overall quality of life, and achieve their goals.

It's important to note that the availability and specifics of ARMHS, housing assistance programs, and Adult/Youth TCM can vary depending on the location and the organization or agency providing the services. It's recommended to reach out to local mental health centers, social service agencies, or community organizations to gather more specific information about the offerings and resources available in your area.

Remember, these adult services are designed to provide essential support and assistance to individuals facing mental health challenges, housing instability, or complex needs. If you or someone you know could benefit from these services, don't hesitate to reach out to the relevant organizations or professionals who can guide you through the process and help you access the support you need.
