Grand Rapids is the home of North Homes Children and Family Services. What began as a single group home and two foster homes in 1990 has grown as the community and professionals have worked to meet the needs of children and their families. Filling these gaps of service in northern Minnesota has resulted in a full continuum of services of quality care that provides hope and healing. Today, we provide many of our services throughout the entire state.
