Jim Christmas, MSCEO and President
Jim started the agency in 1991 with a vision of creating a Continuum of Care for Children and Families. Jim manages all day-to-day duties and any future programming for the entire North Homes Continuum of Care.
Rochelle DelGreco, MSW LICSWChief Operations Officer
Rochelle has been with North Homes Children and Family Services since 1993. Rochelle assists with all day-to-day duties and operations throughout the entire agency for all locations.
Kim Anderson, MSRegional Services Officer, Foster Care and Adoption Director
Kim has been with North Homes Children and Family Services since 2003. Kim oversees all programming and day-to-day duties in the Duluth and Bemidji Offices. Kim is the Director for the Foster Care and Adoption Programs throughout the agency. She assists and supports the operations in all programs and locations.
Connie Ross, MADHS Residential Programs Administrative Director
Connie has been with North Homes Children and Family Services since 2002. Connie is the contact for all DHS Residential Admissions, and supports the operations of all Residential Programs across our continuum.
Richard William Faver (Bill), MA, LPClinical Director
Bill has been with North Homes Children and Family Services since 2005. Bill oversees all mental health professionals for the entire North Homes Continuum of Care, as well as the clinical operations for all programs
Alisa Meyer, LADC, CCMChemical Dependency Clinical Director
Ali has been with North Homes Children and Family Services since 2003. Ali is responsible for all aspects of our chemical health programming throughout North Homes. She also serves Itasca County as CD Commitment Coordinator and County Assessor. Ali is also a member of the Itasca County Wellness Court.
Hilary EmersonHuman Resources Director
Hilary has been employed with North Homes Children and Family Services since 2013. Hilary is responsible for Human Resources oversight throughout the entire North Homes continuum of care.
Katie Rubesh MSW, LICSWCommunity Mental Health Center Supervisor, Grand Rapids
Clinical Director ISD 318 CTSS school-based programs
Katie has been with North Homes Children and Family Services since 2012, and working in the mental health field for 20+ years. Katie oversees the day-to-day clinical operations at our Grand Rapids Community Mental Health Center. Katie is also the Clinical Director for ISD 318 CTSS school-based programming.
Luke FranciscoChief Financial Officer
Just joining North Homes Children and Family Services in February 2018, Luke comes to us with over 10 years of finance and accounting experience in the private sector. Luke holds Finance and Accounting degrees from the College of St. Scholastica. He is responsible for the oversight of all financial aspects of the organization.
Suzette MallumDirector of Department of Corrections Programming
Suzette has been with North Homes Children and Family Services since 2000. She oversees our Boys Program, Teens in Transition, and Next Step Programs – as well as our Secure Unit that is run in partnership with Itasca County at the ITASKIN Center.
